Future scenarios

Are big families an environmental threat ? What’s a definion of a big family ? Are the family planning policies actually working ? Is it better to have spoiled children with no siblings than to have families with many children ? Who would benefit from that and what would be the best choice between the two?

From a governmental view big families is good, I suppose it’s an investment in the future survival and care of the elderly population. While some argue that big families isn’t good for the environment.
